Abstract:

Fractures of the middle third of the clavicle are among the most common shoulder girdle injuries. This study presents our experience with 25 cases of middle third clavicle fractures treated with Titanium Elastic Nailing System (TENS). The analysis focuses on treatment techniques, outcomes, and complications. Our findings demonstrate that TENS nailing provides a reliable and minimally invasive fixation method that promotes early mobilization and excellent functional outcomes in most patients.
