Abstract: We follow a new classification for periposthetic fractures which takes into account the status of the prosthesis, the quality of distal bone stock, and the reducibility of the fracture. We presented a case of 64 year old osteoporotic rheumatoid arthritic female with bilateral periprosthetic fracture treated with revision hinge TKR.
