Abstract: To determine the rate of union, complications, operative risks and Functional outcome in subtrochanteric fractures treated with DCS, DHS and RECONSTRUCTION NAIL. To create an algorithm for surgery of choice in various Subtrochanteric fracture patterns. To determine the complications involved in the management of Subtrochanteric fractures.
