Abstract: Fractures and dislocations involving the developing skeleton may differ significantly from those of the adult skeleton. The pattern of injuries children may sustain via a certain injury mechanism usually differs from that of adults and so often requires different diagnostic and treatment protocols. With this study we have tried to study the incidence, mode, pattern and complications during management of fractures in paediatric population. We came across 510 patients of paediatric fractures and due various causes followed a total number of 134 cases and present our findings with this study
